Programs

The North Shore Striders running club strives to provide programs that benefit members of all ages and levels of running ability. Below are the programs that we currently offer. We are constantly working to develop new programs, so please check back frequently for new information.

North Shore Striders Group Runs

The North Shore Striders currently offers weekly group runs for all ages and levels of ability.  April through October the runs are held on Monday evenings at 5:30 p.m. October through March the runs are held Saturday mornings at 9 a.m.  These runs are very casual and you are encouraged to go at your own pace for as far as you feel comfortable.  We will post the location each week on our main page, our Facebook page, and in our weekly email to members.
