To order a gift membership, follow these steps:

- Complete the form with the recipient’s information and mail it in with your payment. Be sure to include your name, email and phone number in the space provided at the top of the form.
- Once your order is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you in PDF and Word document form.
- Print the gift certificate, give it to your runner and watch him/her smile from ear to ear.
